If you contact Oryx Labs, we may receive your name, email address, company or organisation and the information you include in your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, credentials, special-category data or other sensitive information.
How information is used
Information may be used to understand and respond to enquiries, discuss potential work, maintain business correspondence and meet applicable legal obligations. Website enquiries are processed through Microsoft Azure hosting and delivered through Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph. The form uses local validation, a hidden honeypot field and a minimum completion-time check to deter basic automated submissions; these checks do not provide durable protection against repeated abuse.
Lawful basis
Depending on the context, we process this information because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to respond to an enquiry, manage a business relationship, and meet relevant legal, accounting and contractual requirements. We then delete or securely anonymise it.
